Before your order is dispatched, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once your order is dispatched, you would need to return the item to us to obtain a refund for the amount paid less the carriage. You will need to pay the return costs.

Please contact us first before returning your item so that we can make notes on your order and to expect the return back.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse.

Please note the following conditions must be met in order to return your item…

(i) You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to return your item
(ii) You must return your item to us within 30 days of receipt of your order
(iii) It is important and also a legal requirement that you send the item back via an approved method. A lot of our products are hazardous chemicals and are not allowed to ship via Royal Mail or non ADR approved courier. Please contact us for advice before you make arrangements
(iv) We will not accept the return of an item that has been used
