* If your order contains dangerous products, shipped outside of LQ and via a freight forwarder, your order will be subject to a delivery charge. Please contact us if you would like to purchase in bigger pack sizes than what are listed on our website.

We use the following service providers:

Royal Mail
For all non hazardous items permitted by Royal Mail. All items are outer bagged and shipped in large letter envelopes or sturdy outer cardboard boxes, as appropriate. All items will have orientation labels on as well as a return address label.

APC Over Night Courier

APC overnight accept non-hazardous parcels and hazardous materials compliant with Limited Quantity Regulations

We clearly mark all hazardous materials in accordance with the ADR regulations.

All items are bagged or double bagged, shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes, or as required UN Certified Boxes.

Whilst we are confident that are packing is sufficient for UK Courier transport, in the event of damage in transport all boxes clearly show a Warning Label with instructions on what to do in the event of signs of leakage or damage.

 NB: We do not “guarantee” same day shipment , so if your delivery is urgent/time sensistive please ring us on 0161 351 9599 to confirm we can accomodate your shipment/delivery requirement.

Our courier treats the following locations as REMOTE, and as such a surcharge will be applicable for all courier shipments.
